"AVOID!! Thieves! I’d give negative stars if I could. The people who work there either have no idea what’s going on, don’t communicate with each other or make up prices as they go along. I have been given different premiums and then charged more for it despite them telling me they would fix it. They will also refuse you a refund and hold your money hostage “for future payments” if you prepaid and then need to take your vehicle temporarily off the poilcy. They are way over priced and have the highest rates out there. A 35% rate increase in a year is insane. Having bundled insurance (house & multiple cars) means nothing to them and they won’t give you any breaks for it, they’ll just keep increasing your insurance. They won’t be getting another dime from our family."

"I give Jakob at the Amy Karol insurance agency the 5 Stars because he worked with me to meet my car insurance needs and went through all of the possible offerings that I could take advantage of. I was a loyal customer at TSC for 10 years but when they raised my rates by $500 without cause( no tixs, no accidents) I looked for a better deal.
